🍭 Orders
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order is still processing. To request changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at fayecraftstudio@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to make any modifications.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
Note: If you contact us outside of business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm AEST), we’ll do our best to respond within 48 hours. However, we cannot guarantee that the update will be processed before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, FayeCreations is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please email us at fayecraftstudio@gmail.com to request cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please email us at fayecraftstudio@gmail.com with your full name and order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

What if my order is flagged for fraud?
Occasionally, our system may flag an order for manual review to protect against fraud. If this occurs, your order may be placed on hold while we verify the payment details.
We may request:
Two forms of photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)
A copy of your card or bank statement, showing your name, billing address, and the last 4 digits of the card used
Your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and will be securely deleted after verification.

Do items come with a dust bag?
Yes — all FayeCreations bags come with a complimentary dust bag.
Do woven bags include a liner bag?
Yes — all woven styles include a complimentary liner bag for added structure and functionality.
How should I store my leather bag?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity
Use the included dust bag or a breathable cotton cover
Avoid plastic covers, as they can trap moisture and damage the leather

Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with leather-safe cleaner.
Water Protection: Avoid water, rain, and high humidity — moisture may weaken glue or warp the leather.
Storage: Keep in a dust bag or pillowcase; stuff lightly to retain shape.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: No alcohol, solvents, or strong cleaners.
Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner occasionally to prevent cracking.
Sunlight & Heat: Avoid prolonged exposure, which may dry and fade leather.

Avoid Moisture: If wet, blot gently with a clean cloth and air dry naturally — never near direct heat.
Thoughtful Storage: Store in a breathable dust bag or pillowcase; lightly stuff to maintain shape.
Gentle Cleaning: Use a sheepskin-specific cleaner or diluted baby shampoo (always test first).
Conditioning: Use a soft, sheepskin-friendly leather conditioner sparingly.
Handle With Clean Hands: Natural oils and lotions can leave marks.
Note: Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are part of what makes each bag unique. Over time, your piece will develop a beautiful, lived-in patina.

Each bag is handmade with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for crafting, depending on the bag's complexity.
Estimated Shipping Times
Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or weather delays.

🌍 International Duties & Taxes
For Australian Customers
GST and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No further fees will be charged.
For International Customers
Some international shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your local regulations — usually only if your order exceeds the duty-free threshold.
As the customer, you’re responsible for any applicable customs charges.

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from either our Australian studio or our overseas workshop, depending on your location and the item’s availability.
We carefully coordinate all shipments to ensure the fastest delivery possible — without compromising the care and quality that goes into every FayeCreations bag.
