Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours.
After confirmation, we will begin handcrafting your order. This process usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on the style and current workload.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, tracking details will be uploaded to your customer account. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Estimated Delivery Time
We use trusted shipping agents and delivery partners to ship your order safely. The final delivery company may vary depending on your location and will be provided once your parcel has been allocated.

Important Delivery Guidelines
We always do our best to ensure safe delivery; however, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- The shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
- The courier was unable to access the delivery location, such as gated entry, missing access codes, or restricted building access.
- The package was unclaimed or rejected after a delivery attempt, as shown in tracking.
- The customer did not collect the package from the post office, parcel locker, courier depot, or warehouse within the specified pickup window.
Redelivery & Missed Deliveries
Not all couriers offer redelivery services in all regions.
If redelivery is available, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery charges. Redelivery can only be arranged once the parcel has been returned to the local sorting centre and confirmed as eligible for redelivery.
If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, please contact the delivery company as soon as possible to reschedule or arrange pickup. This helps prevent your package from being left unattended, lost, or stolen.
Undeliverable Packages
Due to the high cost of shipping, if a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing delivery details, access restrictions, or failure to collect within the courier’s holding period, it may not be returned to us and may be discarded by the courier.
Most couriers only hold packages for a limited time, often up to 2 business days, depending on the delivery company and region. After this period, the package may be returned, abandoned, or permanently discarded.
To avoid this, please monitor your tracking closely and contact the courier immediately if there are any delivery issues.
