3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until checkout is complete.
We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund if payment has been made) in situations such as:
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
- Shipping restrictions apply
- The item is out of stock or fails quality standards
- A pricing or description error is identified
- The eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms are not met
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you promptly and may cancel the order. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Production & Shipping
Most FayeCreations bags are made to order. Production timelines and estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests made after the stated timeframe on our site (e.g., 48 hours after order confirmation) may not be accepted.
6. International Duties & Taxes
For Australian Customers
GST and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No further fees will apply.
For International Customers
We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for most destinations, meaning taxes and duties are included to ensure a smooth delivery process with no additional fees upon arrival.

7. Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is new, unused, and returned in its original packaging and condition
- The proof of purchase and tracking number from your courier are retained
To start a return, email contact@fayecreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, name, and product name(s).
Our return address (Australia) will be provided once your return request is approved.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be checked within 14 days of receipt — claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $45 AUD fee will be deducted to cover initial shipping costs.
Refund Options:
- Full-price items: Refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit
- Sale or promotional items: Refunded as store credit only

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For minor issues, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
These rights are in addition to any return policy offered by FayeCreations.

FayeCreations exercises the utmost care at every stage — from browsing and ordering to delivery and after-sales support.
However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet interruptions, technical failures, external intrusions, data loss, or viruses.
We are also not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, transport interruptions, strikes, or similar situations.
To the extent permitted by law, FayeCreations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including delays caused by carriers or third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
