Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns for within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be new, unused, and returned in its original box and packaging.
- Customers must keep the proof of postage and tracking number provided by the courier
- All original packaging and proof of purchase are included
To start a return, please email us at contact@fayecreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include your order number and the product name you wish to return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our return address (located in Australia) will be provided once your return request has been approved.
The packages must be checked by the customer within 14 days of receipt, the claims will no longer be admissible beyond this period.
After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $45 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expense
Refund Options:
Full-price items: Refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit
Sale or promotional items: Refunded as store credit only
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right — wherever you are in the world.

Delivery Issues & Refunds
We always do our best to ensure safe delivery, but we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
❌ The shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
❌ The courier was unable to access the delivery location (e.g. gated entry, missing access codes)
❌ The package was unclaimed or rejected after a delivery attempt, as shown in tracking
❌ The customer did not collect the package from the post office or warehouse within the specified pickup window
⚠ Important: Not all couriers offer redelivery services in all regions.
If redelivery is possible, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional redelivery charges. These can only be arranged once the parcel is returned to the local sorting centre and confirmed eligible for redelivery.
Why this policy?
Due to the high cost of international logistics, unclaimed parcels are not returned to sender and may be discarded by the courier.

Please double-check your shipping address, and include your email and phone number when placing your order so the courier can contact you if needed.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple:

Our team will provide detailed return instructions and a return address
Repackage your item securely with all original components
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days
