Shipping & Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours.
Following confirmation, our team will begin crafting your bag, a process that typically requires 4–8 business days, depending on the style.
Upon completion, the tracking details will be uploaded to your customer account, and you will also receive an email notification containing your tracking information to monitor the delivery progress
We want your order to arrive safely and on time. To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:
✔ Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
✔ Provide a valid email and phone number for shipping updates.
✔ Include any necessary access details (e.g., gate codes, special delivery instructions).
✔ Subscribe to email or SMS delivery alerts to stay informed.
Important Delivery Guidelines
We always do our best to ensure safe delivery, but we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
❌ The shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
❌ The courier was unable to access the delivery location (e.g. gated entry, missing access codes)
❌ The package was unclaimed or rejected after a delivery attempt, as shown in tracking
❌ The customer did not collect the package from the post office or warehouse within the specified pickup window
⚠ Important: Not all couriers offer redelivery services in all regions.
If redelivery is possible, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional redelivery charges. These can only be arranged once the parcel is returned to the local sorting centre and confirmed eligible for redelivery.
Missed Deliveries & Courier Policies
If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, please contact the delivery company immediately to reschedule or arrange for a safe pickup. This helps prevent your package from being left unattended, where it could be lost or stolen.
⚠️ Important Notice on Undeliverable Packages
Due to the high cost of shipping, if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or access restrictions, it will not be returned to us and may be discarded by the courier. To avoid this, please coordinate with the delivery company as soon as possible to explore alternative delivery or pickup options.
Most couriers hold packages for up to 2 business days at their facility. After this period, the package may be permanently discarded. If you encounter any issues, please act promptly to retrieve your order.
