Order Processing & Dispatch Times

At FayeCreations, every order is handled with care. Since our bags are made to order, we allow time for thoughtful crafting before dispatching your parcel.

Generated image  Crafting Time: Please allow 4–7 days for us to prepare your bag after your order is confirmed.
🚚 Delivery Estimate: Shipping usually takes 7–15 days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local courier service.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimated, and external factors such as holidays, weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.

International Duties & Taxes

For Australian customers:
GST and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is placed, there are no further charges required.

For international customers:
From February 2025, some orders may be shipped from either Australia or our new workshop in China, depending on the item and delivery location.
Beginning April 1, 2025, most orders will be carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop in China, where every piece is made with attention to detail under our in-house quality standards.

Please note that some international shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees typically apply only when an order exceeds the duty-free threshold set by your local government.

As the recipient, you’ll be responsible for any such charges required by your country’s customs office. Since rates and thresholds differ from place to place, we’re unable to calculate or include them at checkout. However, most of our products are under the threshold, so in many cases, no extra fees are applied.

If you’d like to double-check, we suggest reaching out to your local customs authority for the most accurate guidance.

To ensure smooth delivery, please keep an eye out for any messages from your courier, and settle any customs charges promptly if needed.
